The coffee break was amazing, not only in terms of quality and presentation, but also because they carefully considered all food allergies and intolerances, which we truly appreciated. That day, we were hit by the massive nationwide power outage in Spain, which put our main activity — the tapas workshop — at risk. But Joshua immediately stepped in, reorganizing everything on the spot and offering a fantastic backup plan: a last-minute paella workshop, sourcing ingredients creatively and truly saving the team-building experience!
