Each team will be competing with the other teams to make an innovative and flavorful Paella using a variety of ingredients provided for you. There are many ways to make this Spanish delicacy and this is your chance to experiment with the creation of a true culinary masterpiece. Participants will have the assistance of a chef to answer any questions about how to make their paella turn out perfectly.
