A team building experience that starts two weeks early

This is an activity for groups that want a comprehensive team building experience that really gets people involved in the process at least one to two weeks before the event.

Each team uses a custom digital app to research, vote on the ingredients, and design their own paella recipe before cooking it together in a live competition. Every decision, from choosing the rice variety to the spice blend, is made collectively through a real-time voting system, so the final dish is genuinely the team’s own creation.

Event agenda

About three hours, depending on group size and dynamics. Most formats can be adapted to a two-hour session.

Special diets and allergies. We always make sure there are options for every participant, including religious preferences, dietary preferences and food allergies. For paella activities we always have options everyone can enjoy. Please let us know about any allergies or special requests in advance so we can tailor the experience to you and your team.
